1. What areas do you cover?

I cover the whole of the UK with a focus on Edinburgh and the Lothian region of Scotland.

2. How long does a project take?

Each project is unique and timing depends on size, materials and complexity. That being said, a general rule of thumb is about a month of fabrication time and around three days for installation.

3. How does the process work?

The process generally has four stages.

Stage 1 - Initial Conversation: This is where we’ll discuss your needs and what problem you’re trying to solve. We’ll also talk about design preferences, materials, dimensions, and your budget.

Stage 2 - Design Exploration: We’ll create a tailored design proposal for your project. We’ll discuss and refine the design to capture any adjustments you have to meet your vision.

Stage 3 - Fabrication: Once the design is finalized and you have approved it, fabrication will begin. Your project will be hand-built, from start to finish, in my studio.

Stage 4 - Delivery and Installation: After fabrication is complete, a time will be arranged for delivery and installation. This can take a single day or several days, depending on the complexity of your project.

4. Do you install the work?

Yes. Once I finish the fabrication stage in the workshop I will set up a time that is convenient for you to complete the installation. On average this can take one to three days, depending on the nature of the project.

5. How much does a project cost?

Every project is made to measure, so prices depend on size, materials and complexity; get in touch for a conversation about your project and budget.
